Effective: December 15, 1993 - Provides guidance to the states for their preparation and submission of applications to obtain additional PY 1994 funding for private sector investments and technical transfer grants under the WAP.
WPN 94-8 - 40 PERCENT WAIVER PROVISIONS FOR MOBILE HOME UNITS
Effective: June 24, 1994 - Provides clarifying guidance previously issued under Program Notice 93-14 on mobile home units weatherized by states that adopt the approved 4.0 version of NEAT or other similar approved energy audits and receive a waiver of the 40 percent requirement.
WPN 93-4 - LANDLORD-TENANT AGREEMENTS
Effective: December 28, 1992 - Provides policy for landlord-tenant agreements that may assist states in developing rental procedures for their PY 1993 plans. No examples provided since documents were outdated.
WPN 93-11 - APPROVAL OF NEAT AUDIT VERSION 4.0
Effective: July 23, 1993 - Provides DOE determination that the National Energy Audit (NEAT) is an approved waiver audit since it complies with regulatory energy audit requirements. This guidance also provides information to states that wish to submit applications to Regional Offices to use NEAT as their waiver audit.
WPN 93-12 - DISASTER RELIEF
Effective: July 28, 1993 - Provides guidance to Regional Offices and states relative to procedures in handling major disasters affecting WAP activities.
